Near where my family was raised and where real estate was in my family for years.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

An associate I met through Bigger Pockets

Yes

I appreciate that. I do understand ROI as I am an accounting professional. So that is what I am in the process of making sure of. I know the property has the potential if I have the capital to renovate it into it's potential.

I didn't speak with them before they died.  It was very stressful when they died and someone bought it.  I at least want to try to get a piece of the property.

I am wanting to obtain property that had been in my family but went into probate and was bought by someone else.  Where do I start?
