Curt, George and Jose,

One of my bird dogs wants to sign a contract to make sure I don't take his leads and not pay him. He also wants to make sure I follow through with how much I said I would pay him. He sells solar panels so he meets with many people idea that tell him about their financial situation. He knows 4 distressed sellers. This is why I think it's worth signing a contract with him.

I open to any advice!

Does anyone have a template of a contract I can use to create a relationship with a Bird Dog?
