Hi B.P family,

I purchased a two family seven months ago, one unit has three bedrooms and the other has two. My wife, daughter and I live in one unit ( 2 bed) and I have tenants occupying the additional unit. My mother in law now lives with us and we're looking to add an additional family member to the household. Due to this, I'd like to move out and purchase another home because our unit is too small and is not suitable for five people. I purchased with FHA...am I able to purchase another home to occupy or do I have to wait a minimum of a year before I move?

Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of refinancing from FHA to a conventional loan. If I do this, would I be able to purchase another property later on and qualify for another FHA loan?

Thanks.

@Ash Fields Awesome! Thanks , @Ash Fields

Hi Everyone,

I just purchased my first multi - family unit in NJ, back in April. I’m looking to connect and network with other investors, wholesalers and real estate professionals, as I get ready to tackle this tough market for a second property.

@Jonathan Greene I think that’s where the gap is, trying to understand the market or if there is even huge opportunity in NJ. I do hear that Essex County is pretty decent and I’ve been looking at a few properties in that area. However, I’m pretty sure you might know more than I do.

First time home buyer and looking to purchase in NJ. I’m looking for advice in the NJ market ( location, price etc..) and possibly an experience agent who can assist.
