Hi DJ, I'm Carlos from Guayaquil, Ecuador.

In the equatorian coast there are many cities with low coast properties: Salinas, Playas and Manta are the main ones. 

I don't know if as foreign you are able to get a morgage but I can ask some local banks and come back to you with an answer. 

Right now I'm learning about real estate so in the future I can start investing. Especially in multifamily and beach front properties.
