Thanks for the reply! I have spent some time talking to contractors and Realtors in the area. I agree not many people have heard of it but I have family close by but I am also out of state. You mentioned you invest in rural areas in the Midwest is Missouri one of the states? And where else if you dont mind sharing. I just picked it because I have family in Missouri and I am in California. I am still learning and would appreciate any advice or knowledge you are willing to share.

I am at the beginning of my Investing journey, I believe I have found my first property in El Dorado Springs MO. I am looking for contractor recommendations in the area to help with the rehab.

Does anyone have any recommendations or have personally worked with anyone in that area of Missouri?

I have contacted some PM companies but would also like the opinion of someone who will not be in charge of future maintenance.
