I found this article that allows Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans to move the loan to an LLC: https://servicing-guide.fanniemae.com/THE-SERVICING-GUIDE/Pa...

as long as I am the majority owner in the LLC. I've gotten mixed feedback from Lawyers and Lenders

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with transferring a PennyMac Loan from your name to an LLC. We talked to a lawyer and they said the lender should be able to provide documentation that "due on sale" is not applicable. However, no one at PennyMac was able to provide documentation nor were they able to confirm that our monthly payment would remain the same after transferring to the LLC.

Anyone have experience dealing with PennyMac specifically?
