I'm looking at a home to purchase, but currently it only has wall unit AC.  I'm looking at installing full central AC.  Does anyone know what the cost for this would run?  Never done this in a rehab before.  Thanks.

Hey Todd. For the properties you're purchasing through auctions, are you doing research on the title and liens ahead of time?  If so who do you use for this. I'm nervous I'm going to get stuck with a huge lien or code violation through these auctions.

I just wanted to find out if anyone had success purchasing any great deals thru www.homesearch.com.  They are an auction website that promotes live and online auctions.  I see there is always a reserve and wonder if the bank/owner of the home will bid up to where it's not worth looking on this site.  Thoughts?

We are extremely involved in our kids education which sometimes makes us more aware of the issues unfortunately.  We do however work with them both each night and I will absolutely be giving them the other side of the education talks as well :)  Thanks for everyone's input thus far...

I wanted to see if anyone has thoughts and/or experiences with Clever Investor mentoring programs versus Rich Dad Mentoring program.  Thoughts on which one I should do?
