Michael:

I'm Steve Brown. I live in Springville, Ca I provide funds to homeowners who are delinquent on their mortgage payments. I'vw searched online but am having difficulty finding reliable lists with filters that are updated weekly. My focus is California Homwowners.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated

Many Thanks to Brant and Michael:

You both have answered my question and that answer is basically no....unless you get very creative. I like creative and would like to hear more about it. Basically, I'm envisioning putting up the money for a stipulated monthly return. The security would be the tax lien certificate. Your idea?

Thanks,

Steve

I am a retired Real Estate Investment Broker. I and former clients live off our cash flow. I am no longer a hands on investor. Tax liken certificates sound interesting based on my research to date.

My question: Does anyone know of a way to earn a passive monthly income from Tax lien certificates?...........possibly partnering?

Thank you

Steve

I have seen many posts warning not to get involved in monthly option credits in view of Dodd Frank Act. I have downloaded the entire act and would like someone to direct to that section that deals with monthly lease option credits.

Thanks,

Post: Lease option attorney

Thanks Bill. I am a retired broker having spent many years with Prudential California Realty as a lease option specialist. At this point, I want to re enter the lease option field as a principle. I need guidance re: the most current legislation in California. From past experience, I have learned that "any" real estate attorney usually does not work, especially those who have never dealt with lease options. At this point, I am seeking someone familiar with lease options in California who can refer me to competent and knowledgeable legal counsel.

Thanks for getting back to me so promptly. I appreciate it. I'll continue my search

Steve
