Where can I find data on owner financed deals?  Are there sites where owners of notes can post to find buyers for their notes?

Our LLC has recently secured an accepted offer to purchase 400 plus acres of farmland in southern Wisconsin. We are open to assigning this contract to investors or an investor group. Does anyone here know of active groups that maybe interested?

I think it is great. It shows nothing that I can't see just driving by. Just wish it would get my particular area in the database.

I have heard a lot about seeking out hedge funds for project funding. Has anyone had any success working with hedge funds?
