Thanks for the response Austen. I totally agree this market is crazy and the Boston area is super expensive in general so cash flowing on my first purchase is not my priority. I am looking to live for free or a very minimal expense while learning the ropes of renting out property. Also, great point about running the numbers for the future of your investment. In terms of question I have for you.. I guess I want to know more about the process of getting in contact with an agent and making offers. I don't have much knowledge around that topic.
