@Raymond J. Rodrigues Bay Area Raymond - thanks

Thanks Chris - yeah, that's what I thought as well, but I've talked w three different mortgage brokers, as well as two local banks and a national bank where I'm a Private Client customer (a designation for high net worth individuals that's supposed to give you access to special benefits)... and nothing. Its bizarre - I have the cash to pay off the loans in entirety, as well as other assets for security, and so far because I don't have W2 or consistent 1099 income, I haven't had any luck. That's why I'm here - figured if its possible, this would be the place to find someone.

Hey folks,

Wondering if anyone knows of decent refinancing options for individuals with high net worth, significant equity in real estate and cash/stock holdings, and credit score >800, but income that falls short of the requirements for most conventional programs. Thought we had found someone who could get a bank statement loan done, but they've disappeared, hoping this group may be able to connect us with someone more reliable.

Thanks in advance for any connections.
