Just purchased a property using JBW in Jacksonville. Don't know yet how things will go but so far can't say anything bad. Returns don't seem stellar but the business model seems more then solid. I have been lurking around for months finally pulled the trigger... fingers crossed! First of many I hope. I'm in fremont BTW.
