Hey Jorge, thanks for responding. That would be great if I can have a copy of the contracts that you are using. This is the part I've been stuck on for a long time. When you send them let me know where to go on BP ( if you need an email address ) so that I can print them out. This is truly a blessing, thanks again Jorge.

When we put  a deal under contract with a seller, are there different contracts between wholesaling to cash buyers and fix and flip deals? Also, Where can I locate these contracts for the state of Maryland? What is the best way ( asking the right questions ) to have an attorney review these contracts before I used them? Look forward to your comments.

I'm a new investor and a Pro Member in the Hyattsville Maryland area. Looking for someone who has used the Vacant house.org website before? Just need to know if this is something I should invest my time and money into. I would like to use something like this to start working on some wholesaling deals. Any ideas would be really helpful to get me started.
