Can you describe the last couple of deals with the types of apartments, renovations, cash flow, appreciation, cash out refi, etc?

Are there any lead investors in Arizona who have successfully purchased large apartment complexes with passive investors, rehabbed them adding value and improved the cash flow?  If so, with what kind of success and rare or return?

you can register on auction.com for free and see all the homes they have which are coming up for foreclosure auction.   You can even buy title insurance.  You must bring a bank check for $10,000 to the auction for each property you end up buying and the balance of the purchase price is due the next day.
