Greetings everyone. I am trying to find the most efficient way to get solid and accurate comps on FSBO homes. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply Charles. I will have a professional card but this would be used at local vendors and so forth. Something that would be catchy and draw attention like the fold over money cards. I do like the awareness test idea.

Does anyone have any advice on where to get the Orange Double Sided business cards? Surely, one of the companies such as Vista Print might make them?

I am getting started and in the state of Texas. I am interested in investing in other states and markets as well so I am wondering if I could still do that under one LLC or I would need one in each state that I invest in? I am assuming that would be the case. Any advice or thoughts would be welcome and appreciated.

I am new to real estate investing and I am looking for a great real estate atty in the North DFW area. I am looking for help or advice with any services or professionals that I made need to get started.
