Hello my name is Craig Jennings and I'm a brand new investor in the San Fernando valley area. I'm currently looking for a real estate agent to partner with to find below market value deals that are in distress. Ideally I would like to fix and flip a home that I plan to live in and then build my portfolio from there by using the Brrrr strategy.
I'm currently working with 2 real estate agents right now in the area but neither one is investor savvy. I'm hoping to connect with a local agent to not only help me find a deal now but for future deals as well. I've been pre approved and ready to go! If that's you please reach out to me ASAP.

There is a distressed property in my area that im looking into to investing in however the lien on the home ($234,789) is the same amount as the mortgage owed to the bank (240,876). Th homes ARV is 610,000 and Market value at 540,000 for a 4bd 2ba.
