As a relatively new investor i do not know the best places to buy larger materials ( cabinets, countertops, etc ... ). Back in highschool i worked as a handyman and have worked on rehabs before but was never in charge of procuring the materials. I now have my first property and am looking to find decent quality materials without paying the big box store prices. Any advice?

I am currently a buy and hold investor with a focus on multi family rentals, but i would like to learn how to efficiently use my time, skills and money to add value to a property. Assuming a property is in good structural and infrastructural condition, where would you look to next to get the best bang for your buck?
