I can tell you as a former Employee.  I cannot recommend this to anybody.  Seminar companies in general are not a good idea.  It is NEVER as easy as they say it is.  

This home is in the Liberty City neighborhood in Savannah, GA. It is the largest home in the area. It needs work, I estimate a rehab of $40k-$50k. Recently renovated homes have gone under contract near this home for $58/sqft, $60/sqft, and most recently $72/sqft. At the price I'm asking, you'd be paying $20/sqft which gives you a profit potential of $32,000 with the higher rehab of $50k.

Andy is correct.  I have gotten the majority of my buyers by contacting networking with professionals.  Remember its about quality buyers not quantity most of my buyer are contractors and other investors I have met at networking events.
