I'm trying to figure out how the value of a short term rental property is determined.

Does anybody have any experience SELLING air bnb properties?  Many people say that they are twice the income of long term rentals? 

Do they also sell for twice the price??

Thank you  you for that.   When I started this thread I was just kind of ,you know , wondering if people were doing hard-core SEO and marketing, etc  or just slapping it on Airbnb and letting it go.  My properties are basic 2,3 and four unit  Long term rentals. But where I live there is quite a bit to do-waterpark, state park, fishing camping etc.
