Hi Everyone,
I recently bought a house in Saginaw Michigan and I am looking for a reliable trustworthy contractor that can handle the flip for me as I live an hour away and have a full time job. I was wondering if any of you from the area knew anyone that was looking for a job. I estimate the rehab to take between 3-4 weeks. Any advice would be much appreciated!!!

Bryan Hennen, Thanks for the advice. I am trying to look at every angle and that is the direction I was heading, but your confirmation solidifies it for me! I thought in and out was best but wasn't sure! I love this website. I have learned a lot of stuff so far and I just bought my first flip.........Here goes nothin!!

Hey Fellow Michigan Investors,
I don't live extremely close to the flip I just bought and want to make sure I maximize my profit. In your opinion's is it better to do the work myself (take longer) and save on labor, or higher a contractor for the "quciker flip" and move to the next one? Any advice will be appreciated. I know there are different factors involved, but as a whole I was wondering if anyone had any advice based on a past experience. Thanks!
