Of course that all makes complete sense. Couple things I did overlook which you pointed out. So thank you for that. I will continue the search for a great deal (off market) to help me get my feet wet. Thank you for your post.
Hi everyone. I am new to the Bigger Pockets family. I have ran into what I believe to to be a deal but I am not quite sure how to proceed. I found a property that is listed with a realtor that seems to be extremely discounted. Comps are are going for more than 5x the sale price. Seller is selling because it was a reno project she was doing w/ her spouse when he suddenly passed. I would like to wholesale the property but haven't located any information on how to wholesale a deal when acquiring a property via a realtor. Would I be able to place it under contract with the realtor and assign it to the end buyer? Any advice or references would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
