Business here is starting to pick up, of course not like it was, but it is getting better. There are sooooo many foreclosures and some great deals out there, getting the money seems to be the problem more than anything. Some of them its getting them to pass inspection or appraisal for FHA or conventional loans. But in general it is picking up. Tax time and the weather getting better helps. How about you guys how are your areas doing?

Well thank you everyone for making me feel welcome. Joshua, I am not so sure I know how to do that. I will have to play around in here to figure out how it works. I know enough about the internet to be dangerous and thats about it lol. Thanks again everyone.

Hello. My name is Chris and I am from Northern Illinois. My office is Century 21 Country North in Rockford Illinois. I have never been on a blog before and decided to check this one out.
