@Mindy Jensen I haven't been focusing on Longmont too much (even though I live here and am not opposed to it). My realtor is helping me find a property and we've focused in on the Denver area for my first one. It seems like it's sort of slim pickins (for what I want) all over Colorado! Patience, patience! Would love to talk to you more if you're interested in spilling some advice :)

I currently own  a full-service interior design firm offering specialization in Kitchen and Bath Design. 

I'm looking to add real estate to my overall wealth strategy. My first mission is to find an investment property to fix and flip. I'm also interested in rentals.
