Hi everyone. Just another newb looking to make connections to build mutually beneficial relationships.  Interested in building rental properties.  I have one property.  I'm pretty sure it wasn't the best deal buying at full market value, but it's serving it's purpose to buy and hold.  Thanks in advance!  Located in Little Rock, Arkansas

Thanks so much for this information!  I think I'm wanting to buy in the area close to my home.  West Little Rock.  There

are couple "decent" neighborhoods around west little rock that are the typical "starter home" size for young families that

are buying their first house (160 - 180 range).  The downfall is the school zone that they fall into.  I'm not sure if I'm

putting too much emphasis on school zone or not, but I've read that it's important when trying to find tenants.

Hey guys. My name is Courtney Michael. I'm  excited to get started in real estate.  I'm brand new and ready to purchase my first single family property.  I'm married with 3 beautiful children and am currently in Outside Sales for a Manufacturers Rep firm.  The only experience I have in real estate is the construction of real estate!  I would love to turn some properties in the central Arkansas area into some positive cash flow and build my investment portfolio.  I just don't want to stumble on this first deal.   Looking forward to getting to know some of you!
