@Dominique Cole hey I’m in eastern NC. I’m looking to buy and hold. I’ve had a couple mobile home parks that I pursued but didn’t work out. If you’re wholesaling and find a park or a 2-20 unit let me know. Bigger pockets has some great podcasts on wholesaling. Good luck to you

@Misha Krul

You can call some property management companies in Greenville, they’ll know where to avoid.

I listened to a tea estate podcast where the guest homeschooled and he wrote a book homeschooling with his lifestyle of business and traveling. I can’t even remember if it was a BiggerPockets podcast bc I listen to several. Anyone know who this is? It’s not a lot of info to go on but figured I’d ask.

Just realized how old this thread is. Not sure which keyword alert I had that made this show up 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Thomas S. I could understand not making crazy improvements but druggies can file lawsuits too. I would want to know it was safe and everything is in working order at least.

@Greg Dickerson

I know it’s not outer banks but do you know anything about Harker’s Island? My grandfather use to own a lot of the island and part of me wants to buy rentals there to continue the legacy but do you know if there is enough attention to that area for vacation rentals?

Relax, everything's going to be all right; rest, everything's coming together; open your hearts, love is on the way!

@Brian Freeman

When I see a thread on Morris I tell myself not to read it but it’s like roadkill and I can’t look away. I hate this for all that trusted him with any amount of their hard earned money and savings. When people think investors are greedy pricks it’s bc of guys like this. Ugh

@Viktoria Barrett

I’m looking in Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Greensboro, Greenville. I’m not looking in Charlotte. It is a hot market but surrounding areas could work. I’m also looking in smaller areas here in NC but I know the area better. Obviously where ever you invest you need to know your streets. Bad parts of town no matter where you go. Most southerners do not hate northerners or think they make bank just because they are from up north that’s silly. Plenty of places here you can get more than $600 for rent.
