@Daniel Mikelstein. I'm looking to invest in the Jacksonville area in about a three month timeframe. Any advice on which zip codes/neighborhoods I should focus my search.  Looking at SFRto utilize as rental property. Thanks

Daniel thanks for the reply. And very good point. Of course high cash flow is good but from what I have been reading and the upward trends in the Houston population and job growth the SFH is starting to be very appealing for long term appreciation. I was in Houston last summer for the first time and was blown away of how big it was. It was like the New York City of the south. Daniel if you don't mind would like to pick your brain from time to time as I start to do a deep dive into the area. Thanks

I’m currently working overseas as a military contractor. Was looking at investing in Houston, TX. Either single family homes or multi family (duplex/triplex) in C+/B- neighborhoods to buy and hold. Any particular areas I should look at to start analyzing potential deals. Always open for suggestions.  Thanks

Anthoney thank you for the reply.  For the past three months I have been reading the blogs and listening to the webinars and podcast from BiggerPockets. Getting myself educated and learning as much as I can. BiggerPockets is such a treasure chest of information.  Texas has definitely been on my wathclist of places to invest in.  Any particular areas I should look into as far as population and job growth. I have also been making it an effort to analyze 1-2 properties a day via the rental calulcator from BiggerPockets. Thanks again.

I’m a former Army Green Beret currently working overseas. Been immersing myself in the BiggerPockets website, podcast and educating myself on real estate investing over the past three months.  I have narrowed my decision down to multi-family properties in which I would like to begin my journey (duplex, triplex, or quad-plex). Looking at markets in either Texas or Florida. Any food for thoughts/markets when it comes to either of these locations.  I return back to the states in late May. Thanks!
