Hi Sean, thanks for the info - I'll pass it along but I don't think it will work for them. Unfortunately, they are in a seasonal rental, so I'm pretty sure the landlord already has several commitments for the busy summer months, either that or it would be a ton of extra money. They have small kids that they have already moved around a bunch, so that is a factor in their choice of an area, as well as the flight paths and jet noise.

I have a friend that is searching for a single-family home in the Great Neck neighborhood of Virginia Beach. They are currently renting and their lease will be up in mid-May. Ideally, they would love to purchase and are currently working with an agent they love, but they are not finding any inventory that meets their criteria. 

I'm crossing my fingers that one of you has a property in the area that isn't on the market!!  I know this is a stretch, but I figured it was worth a shot!
