@Salvatore Lentini what's stopping me? Finding an agent who eager and willing to help me find a property. I am forced to invest in out of state due to local markets not being the greatest. I am struggling to find an agent who is motivated to help an out of state investor. Too often they send me a link to the MLS and tell me to let them know if I find something. I can access the MLS without them, what I need is the local knowledge and willingness to be my eyes and ears on the ground. I had one agent tell me today to use Google maps and go to street view to figure out if it was a good neighborhood or not because he had never been there before. Building a team is important as I am learning and if I ever find a good agent I will fight to keep them. I hope to buy my first property soon.
