@Andrew Postell, you are correct. It is a home I am looking to purchase for myself. I’m just not working with a real estate agent as of now. The seller is a well known friend and we just walked through the house this past weekend. I may try to pitch a seller finance deal if the Homestyle renovation loan falls through. Hope that makes sense.

Hello, I’m looking to see if anyone may recommend a lender or lenders who offer the Fannie Mae Homestyle Renovation loan. The property is located in Dilley, TX on 17 acres. Looking to buy for myself and make it my homestead. I looked into a USDA loan but didn’t fit the requirements as far as rehab costs. I apologize in advance if I have failed to provide any other pertinent information.
