Hello BP,

I have been researching online payment methods for collecting rent.  A lot of them seem to have a 3% or 4% fee associated with them (which is $30 to $40 for my tenants.)  Does anyone have a good online payment platform that they use for collecting rent? Thanks!

Hello BP,

I was looking for someone who could replace a set of French Doors and replace some soffit and fascia. Does anyone have a handyman/contractor that they could recommend in the Columbia SC area? Thanks!

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a Skip Trace website.  I have been looking at Prop Stream and was wondering if anyone has tried it and what they think? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
