Are you needing the cash for working capital? With a higher rent like that, I am assuming you are looking at STR's. If you can get a LTR in there and rake in the +cashflow, then maybe you do that.

I’m torn between selling the home ($850000) or renting it ($7000/month - 3 month’s security- 1 yr lease).

Any suggestions?
