@Christopher Phillips

Thanks!

That sounds like the smarter plan. I just want to make sure that I’m as successful as possible and I don’t want to fail because I didn’t devote myself to it 100%.

I appreciate all your help and insight!

@Christopher Phillips

That sounds like a plan! I have worked to save up a few years of household expenses so I can focus on this full time. My current job is 60+ hours a week plus a newborn baby at home so it’s tough getting the coursework done. I’d like to focus full time on my classes and then be able to just focus on selling homes. I just wasn’t sure how much I would have in business expense getting started. It doesn’t sound like it will be too bad though.

@Christopher Phillips

Thank you so much for the help! I knew it would cost money to generate leads but I was unsure how much to expect to pay for broker fees and things of that nature. I appreciate the info!

Hello! I am in the process of getting my real estate license. I am looking to work in NorthEast Ohio. I was wondering roughly how much money should I expect to spend to get my new business off the ground? I want to make sure I am prepared so I can be as successful as I possibly can. Thanks for any input!
