I have put offers and keep getting beat out by cash offers. Does anyone know where i can find private money lenders in the Chicago area? 

I have put in a few offers. In every case i keep getting beat by cash. in order to compete, i need cash 

I am looking for a private money investor in the Chicago area for a loan of ~$125K. I will be using the money to buy a property and rehab. Please let me know if there are any opportunities to work together. thanks

I am in looking to purchase my first investment property. I have done a lot of the research and now and looking for a deal that I feel comfortable with in the Chicago area Atlanta and Florida. If anyone knows of any deals, please let know. I am interested in single family homes and multi families

So i reached to a lawyer and he stated it was going to be around $1500 for LLC legal fees. Does anyone know any more affordable options?

I have a partner and we are looking at purchasing our first rental jointly. If the property is in one person's name, how would you split the write-off deduction benefit? 

right now i am saving up for my first rental, but i fear it may take a while to build up the cash. Does anyone how i can expedite the process to build up a down-payment?
