Anson, right now I am looking at fix and flips in the 150,000 range. I have a deal in the works right now as we speak, but I am still deciding if I like the lender that I am going to be using.

Hi everyone, I thought I would ask some of you out there which lenders you would recomend in the colorado area. I have a deal in the works and I am considering using Merchants Mortgage but I am not 100% sold on them yet. So you could offer any others it would be greatly apprceiated.

Hi everyone, I am writing to find out what you all think about or if any of you might have worked with this agent and lender before. Basically what I am after is finding a agent that works with investors/rehabbers. My internet search has led me too a few and so far this one is at the top of my list.
