North jersey try Puglise kitchen and bath. If you want to buy cabinets. They are in Totowa. I used them for my house you can save some money if you're able to assemble them and install them yourself. And they send you to their granite place as well. I think it was 35$/ft installed. After using them I've sent several family members to them.

@Joseph Scorese  Is there a way to get the liscence without tying yourself to an agency?  I may be mistaken but I thought in order to get the liscense after all the tests are passed and what not you need an agency to sponsor you?  Im not sure thats the right term exactly but I thought I saw something along those lines when i breifly looked into it in the past

@Mark Scarola  Nothig more satisfying then coming home exhausted after work... when youre 26.  Want to find a way to gradually work my way off the dependency on a pay check however.

I spend about 20 hours a week commuting to work.  I have every intention of working my way through them.

My name is Cory.  I'm 26 from Jackson, NJ.  I love everything about working on my house, upgrading, renovating and repairing things that go on in the house.  I bought my house 3 1/2 years ago and have only one window left that hasnt been replaced and redone.  With the help of my old man we've changed every floor, wall and cabinet inside the house and done numerous upgrades outside the house.  I currently am working in the scrap metal industry in a job I love, but 6 days a week and usually almost 70 hours a week doesn't leave much time at the end of the week.  I'm ultimately looking to be able to be a full time landlord where I can use the things I know about home maintenace, upkeep and construction to make a living doing things I love to do.  I just purchased my first investment property a few months ago.  Pretty sure I got a hell of a deal (even if it wasnt I feel like it was and the cashflow is positive each month so I'm happy) and really have an itch to get into this business little by little until I can take that plunge head first into it.  Well thats a little bit about myself.  Looking foreward to becoming a part of this community
