Thank you for the insight, I will definitely do that. I see that you do wholesaling, that is the area I would like to start in as a matter a fact. Are there any pointers you have that will give me a jump start? 

As i stated in my previous post I am most concerned with finding buyers, do you have any techniques on how to go about that?

I am looking to start in the Central Valley of California in the smaller cities like Madera, Huron, Coalinga etc. because the prices to purchase are cheaper, so in my mind that is a good place to start. 

My major concern is finding buyers/investors because I do not have the capital to do this on my own
