I also ran the Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties property management for Starwood, Waypoint Homes REIT right at 400 SF homes by myself, so it can be done with only 1 person.

@Jerson Salgador Welcome! If you ever need new construction in Lee or Charlotte county, I sell cheaper than REO and repair.

@John Hannah Let me know if you need help in Cape Coral and Charlotte county. I produce new construction to investors only for the short or long hold. I can build almost as cheap as REO and repair.

I will be out of town on the 12th of May but I would like to know about the next one you put together.

@Brian Jordan I have used most in town and Bay Breeze title and Winged Foot Title are both good.

Stewart Title is hit and miss.

Never give the keys without money, but they always try.

Happens to me all the time no matter how many time you tell them to bring money orders with them.
