It took me the longest time to grasp the third R in the BRRRR concept. The part that I was missing was that you'd refinance the home at the newly appraised value. They never really get down to the nuts and bolts level when talked about on the podcast. Thanks for spelling it out, guys!

Somebody suggested, on a similar post from a few days ago, to try the app World Uncovered. Apparently it can track where you've been and you can add notes at locations. I downloaded it but haven't tried it yet myself.

Thanks! Funny how fast the news travels. We in fact do have a BWW and Chipotle now. BWW's been open for about a week now and Chipotle opens next month according to the most recent rumor.
