Thank you everyone for the great advice and book suggestion, my networking skills will expand implementing these. Matthew Teifke my biggest challenge with networking is that I am introverted, so I need to somehow compliment the two together.

Are there any good networking resources (i.e. books, or blog post) that have personally defined or changed your actions towards networking? Networking is a weakness for me, and I'm sure others could benefit from suggestions that could enrich their business as well.

Is there a more efficient way to get probate leads in Clark County other then going to the courthouse and retrieving three files per day as stated on the county website? I would absolutely go to the courthouse to get leads, however limited to only three is a bit restrictive.

@Ryland Taniguchi and @Jay Hinrichs thank you for your input, this is very informative to me. Might one of you be willing to share any resources of where I can go to stay up to date on current and changing laws and regulations?

I have a basic understanding of wholesaling in general and I'm trying to learn more Washington state specific aspects pertaining to the local area of Clark County. Searching through the forums I've discovered things like, there are no double closing here, and the state has an excise tax and the majority of Clark County is taxed at 1.78%, and that a land trust is an option when it comes to the excise tax. Are there any big key pieces that I am missing and should be aware of when it comes to wholesaling in Washington?
