Hello all, I am looking at a career change from a truck driver to a property manager. I have always enjoyed real estate and currently manage my own rental. hi chris my rate is 3.2% and I can get it for 5% down as i will be living in one of the units. things are a lot different here in canada and i dont like the negative cash flow either thats why i posted it to see if i did the numbers wrong.
