@Chris T. - Thanks for the info.

Our short term goals are to start flipping houses, until we reach our financial goal to where we will start to buy and hold, along with flipping on the side.  Long term goals will be to get into commercial property we feel it will be profitable.  

Looks like you have a few properties in your portfolio, congrats on those.  Will add you as a contact and feel free to do the same.

Hello,

New member here to BP - My company was just created with 4 fraternity brothers from college here in Charlotte, NC. We are excited about this journey and are looking forward to making this all our full-time job some day. While we are all new to REI, we all have different backgrounds and we feel we each bring our own specialty to the table

We would love to meet up with people in Charlotte, NC area that have been doing REI and start networking.
