Hello BP,

I have thoroughly enjoyed being apart of BiggerPockets and have gained so much information through this website.  Everyone has spoken very highly of Rich Dad Poor Dad and I would like to purchase a copy of it.  However, there seems too be many different copies out there.  Just curious which one anyone would suggest.  There is obviously the original and then the 2017 version.  I also read somewhere that you could accidentally order a pocket version of the book and I definitely don't want that one.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I am Corey Caldwell and I currently am living in Holland, Michigan.  My current job is a controls engineer at an custom automation company.  I have zero experience in real estate but I am hoping that will change quickly.  What brought me to this page was someone had commented on a video and had mentioned this website.  I was first looking into wholesaling and found loads of information here!  I look forwarded to networking with people and learning some tricks of the trade.

@Tariq B.  I am a newbie and would love to get into this type of work so i have a couple of questions.  How did you find this property?  Are you a real estate agent?  How did you come up with the price for rent?  Is rent price determined by area in which the property is in?  Last one, How did you pay for your first property? Cash, loan, etc?  I am still in debt with school loans so struggling to have enough cash to put down on something.

Thanks for the article!
