@Tom S. this is great advice. Thanks!

@Tom S. great question! We initially looked at a couple of HMLs but decided against for now/until will build a little capital of our own since their fees/asks are rediculously high. Aren't looking at banks right now since we want quick access to cash and there's usually a lot of red tape there.

The strategy that Limitless Lyfestyles offers allows us to not only use OPM (other people's money) but seems to give us the ability to grow our business line of credit quicker.

It seems a little too good to be true, hence why I'm looking for input. Again, we're newbies so there could be benefits we're not fully aware of concerning banks and HMLs.

@Barry Pekin ok, got it. Thanks!

Hi All! Newbie Investor here👋 Myself and a few family members started our REI company back in April. We've yet to get a property under contract since we're in the process of securing funding.

Has anyone used Limitless Lyfestyles for funding? Essentially, they work directly with credit card underwriters to get up to 30k to 60k worth of business line of credit. Their website is as follows:

http://limitlesslyfestyles.com/

I'm trying to do my due diligence to ensure we're not getting in over our heads. Any advice on this type of funding and any other "creative" funding for newbies are more than welcome. Thanks!

@Barry Pekin hi...question concerning bird dogging. Do you outsource via a service or do you just pay folks you know to do this for you?

@Jeff Mason would you mind sending over the company you use to people search to me as well?
