Quote from @Oscar Pinto:

Closing a deal from start to finish is like a 6 step process, and each step requires conversion to the next step. Here's what I mean

1. Leads, are you getting enough?

2. Contact, are you speaking with enough of them and finding out timing and motivation?

3. Are you converting to appointment?

4. On the appointment are they signing your buyer/listing agreement?

5. Are you converting the clients that did sign into contracts/escrows?

6. Are those escrows closing?

track your numbers and you may find which step needs the most improvement.

Are you using any specific tools to track these numbers?

With a background in marketing I am familiar with many "industry secrets" however in real estate I am struggling to find some of the secret sauce that can help me close more deals. Follow up processes and referral side is super dialed in but looking for something that agents look over as a mode of success. Happy to connect with agents who want to talk industries I have plenty of real estate specific marketing tactic to share in exchange for some conversation.

Hey all... I need your help. I am looking for agents who want to hop on a phone call and network. I have multiple years of marketing experience and I am looking to get my license. But NO ONE wants to hop on a phone call and chat. So i need some help. If anyone is looking to connect with someone who has been marketing for real estate agents for multiple years lets chat! Constantly looking to make solid connections.

Hey all, I am only looking for the number one killers in the space who are constantly looking to grow and learn. I have 9 years marketing experience and 5 years working with real estate agents. All I want is to hop on a phone call with a few of the top agents who are looking to connect and chat about all things real estate or marketing. I want nothing from you but a nice conversation. I am not selling anything or promoting anything. Looking for serious agents who want to creating lasting connections.

Quote from @Corey Mitchell:

I’m sure many have seen advertisements for services “promising” to deliver interested leads. Does anyone have any experience with such services?

I imagine either charge a monthly service or a price per sale.

I’m personally more interested in building a base of returning clients but I’m happy to do in all evening ethical/legal means.

Curious to hear some insight from real estate agents about this. I have ran and successfully exited two marketing agencies and I am working on a third in the real estate niche. I want to build in a custom CRM with my team taking care of collecting and nurturing leads. I wonder if real estate agents will find value in this or if there is another direction that creates more value and buys you back more time.

Hey Andrew! Thank you. I did a little bit of wholesaling last year with cold calling and SMS. The goal right now is to use my marketing skills to build and scale another agency in this space. I want to help think of unique ways to help others while also getting my feet wet with some investing and building an amazing network! Thanks for the reply!
