Hello! My name is Cooper and I am an investor located in Bozeman, MT. I specialize in 30+ day furnished rentals and am scaling my property management company from (3) doors hopefully to (5) by the end of the year.
I love reading / listening to books about business, money, real estate, and self improvement. There have been books that have taught me more in a week than I learned in my entire 4 years as a business major. I'm constantly seeking new information and hope to maybe write my own book someday.
The (3) most recent books I have read are Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, Atomic Habits by James Clear, and Million Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller. Some of the most influential books in my life have been 4 Hour Workweek by Tim Ferris, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
I'm curious to know if anyone else is willing to share a book that has been influential in their lives. What was your takeaway or how did the book change you for better/worse?
P.S. Just got a new bookshelf that needs some books! Help me fill these shelves?
