Has anyone had any dealings with DoHardMoney, positive or negative?

Welcome Asma,

Although I new to investing, I grew up in DC. So, if you ever need some info about town, let me know.

Hello BP’ers,

I'm just beginning my journey into the Wonderful World of Real Estate and am looking for an attorney that can help me start on this path on the right foot. I need some advice on setting up a trusts and LLCs; I have some understanding of the LLC setup, but I'd like to learn a bit more about trusts. Can I bend your ear a tick?

Best,

Cooki

Since my last post, I've checked Xero ... looks good, I think I'll give it a try and it's less expensive than QB.

I've used both versions of QB, the best part about using the online version is that you are not tied to a machine. You can access your information wherever you go. I was hesitant at first, but I really do like the online version. The interface isn't that different the desktop version.
