@Joel Owens

Interesting....

Do you know of which brokerages are running things this way?

What steps could I take to be the few that keep RE as a career?

Thanks for your input and help.

Greatly appreciated,

Conway

@Charles Kao

Great insight. Thank you.

These are great questions. But rest assured I won’t be hung up on commission splits.

I want great training to become a top producer. Interesting on how they want to retain you. I never figured that to be an issue.

Again, thank you very much for giving me new ideas and information before I interview.

I have a few interviews set up with brokerages next week.

What questions are essential in asking a broker and their brokerage services should I be asking to know if they are a good fit for me?

I understand the commission percentages to ask about and the caps for each one, but my understanding is that the best and most training available is crucial for my success.

Thank you for any input for a newbie agent.

@Derek Jones Thank you for the advice. I am in complete agreement with you too.

That will most likely be the hardest part is figuring which brokerage will be best for me.

@Ryan Kelly Thank you very much for the opportunity to work with top performers.

I am mainly looking to work in the Round Rock/Georgetown area.

So any information you may have for that area would greatly be appreciated.

@Joel Owens I certainly hope to learn as many areas as I can. So much to learn but I’m excited to know as much as I can.

Thank you
