To answer your question, it all depends on the size and condition of each commercial office space. 

Costs can be anywhere from 10K-100K depending on various factors. 

The worst properties hold the best value, short and long term in many cases.

Property has the potential of being an SFR and/or a commercial office space. Living Area of 1,890 SqFt. LOT Size of 6,969 SqFt. Large Corner Lot. Located just minutes to the Redeveloping Zone downtown area on Charleston Blvd. As an SFR right now looking at 120K+ but as a Commercial Space we are looking at better than 350K potential.

Season's Greetings to all in the BP Community!

My name is Constantine Kyriazopoulos, Jr and I am excited to be part of this thriving group of Entrepreneurs.

From the suburbs of Los Angeles originally I moved to Las Vegas with my young  family in 2010. My experience the past 20 years since moving back to the USA from Greece has been in Finance. Capital Raising, Mortgage Loans and Entity/Business Strategy and Structuring . 

Currently I am involved directly with a Pro Flipper here in LV that has a dozen successful deals completed this year. With an additional 8 deals in the works now.
