@John Woodrich thanks for the advice. I would much rather go the non-renewal route for the benefit of both parties. Hoping they will transition easily.

@Daniel Anshus thank you! Yes, the lease says 60 day notice which is fine but I was wondering if the actual "eviction" was over kill or not. Much appreciated.

I'm just starting out managing my first multi-family investment property. The first order of business is to evict a tenant on a month-to-month lease so I can remodel the unit. The property is located in Minnesota. I'm looking for recommendations for a free online Notice of Eviction form. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated!
