Hi All

I am about to close on a property in Birmingham AL with R2R. MFA are involved and recommended Zeker - this thread has me second guessing proceeding with them - any further thoughts on using them? 

Or any other recommendations for Property management companies in Birmingham?

Will be closing on an out of state turnkey investment property in Birmingham Alabama in the next few weeks.

Hello - new to BP.

Anyone have any advice on locations to buy that are within a 1-2 hour drive of NYC? Already have one two-family home in Yonkers and am looking for my 2nd investment.

Open to suggestions - budget $250k.
